Deceased Loan Exemption Request

Phase 1: Login & Single Sign-On

• Start Service: Click on the "Go to Service" icon.
• Log In: Access via the National Single Sign-On portal (Nafadh) by entering your username and password.
• Secure Verification: Enter the temporary verification code sent to your registered mobile number, then click "Continue".

Phase 2: Create Exemption Request

• Select Service: From your account page, click on "Electronic Services" then select "Request Exemption for a Deceased Person".
• Add Case: On the deceased registration requests page, click on the "Add Deceased Registration Request" icon.
• Data Entry: Fill in the deceased's details and the loan details to be exempted, then acknowledge data correctness and click save.

Phase 3: Document Upload & Follow-up

• File Management: Upload the required documents and files electronically, then click approve.
• Confirmation: Once approved, a confirmation message will appear stating "Saved successfully".
• Track Request: You will automatically navigate to the request details page, enabling you to track your application status later.
