An electronic service designed to waive the outstanding financial obligations of a deceased client. For eligible cases, the client’s status is verified proactively through integration with the "Nazeer" system, enabling automated processing and Financing closure. For cases that require manual request submission, the process can be completed fully online without visiting a branch.

Steps

For cases that require a manual application, complete the following steps online:


Phase 1: Access & Identity Verification
Start Service: Click the "Go to Service" icon.
Log In: Log in via the National Single Sign-On portal (Nafath).
Identity Verification: Complete the required verification steps to access the portal.
Phase 2: Creating the Relief Application
Select Service: From the account page, navigate to "E-Services" and select "Deceased Beneficiary Relief Request."
New Request: On the death registration requests page, click "Add Death Registration Request."
Enter Details: Fill in the deceased’s information and the details of the financing requiring waiver, acknowledge the data's accuracy, and save the request.
Phase 3: Submitting Documents & Tracking
Attach Documents: Upload the required documents, then click "Submit."
Request Confirmation: A confirmation message will appear upon successful submission.
Track Status: Go to the request details page to track your application’s status and progress.
