Steps

  Phase 1: Access & Identity Verification
  Start Service: Click the "Go to Service" icon.
  Log In: Log in via the National Single Sign-On portal (Nafath).
  Identity Verification: Complete the required verification steps to access the portal.
  Phase 2: Accessing the Letter
  Select Record: From the account page, select the Financing or guarantee associated with the letter.
  View Letter: From the e-services menu, select "Liability Letter" to access the generated document.
  Phase 3: Viewing & Downloading
  Review Details: Review the liability details for accuracy.
  Download & Print: Download the letter in PDF format or print it directly.
  Rate Service: Rate your experience using the feedback option on the page.
