Book an appointment

Phase 1: Login & Single Sign-On

• Start Service: Click on the "Go to Service" icon.
• Log In: Access via the National Single Sign-On portal (Nafadh) by entering your username and password.
• Secure Verification: Enter the temporary verification code sent to your registered mobile number, then click "Continue".

Phase 2: Appointment Selection & Customization

• Navigate to Service: From your account page, click on "Electronic Services" then select "Book an Appointment to Visit the Branch".
• Add New Appointment: On the "My Appointments" page, click on the "Add Appointment" icon.
• Select Branch & Date: Choose the branch you wish to visit and select the appointment date.
• Select Time: A list of available times will appear; choose the time that suits you best.

Phase 3: Service Confirmation & Appointment Management

• Select Service Type: Your appointment details will appear; choose the required service type then click on the "Save Appointment" button.
• Verification & Management: The final page will appear, including appointment details and service type, with the option to add a new appointment or cancel the previously scheduled appointment if needed.
