- Click on the Go to Service button.
- Log in via the National Unified Access Gateway.
- Enter your username and password.
- A temporary confirmation code will be sent to your registered mobile phone, please enter it and then click on "Continue".
- Your account page will appear, here you can click on e-services and then choose to book an appointment to visit the branch.
- The My Appointments page will appear, click on Add Appointment.
- Choose the branch and the appointment date.
- Available appointments will appear, choose the appropriate appointment.
- The appointment data will appear, then you can choose the type of service provided and then click on the Save Appointment button.
- The appointment data and type of service will appear with the possibility of adding an appointment or canceling a previously scheduled appointment.
