Service Level Agreement

Phase 1: Login & Single Sign-On

Start Service: Click on the "Go to Service" icon.
Log In: Access via the National Single Sign-On portal (Nafadh) by entering your username and password.
Secure Verification: Enter the temporary verification code sent to your registered mobile number, then click "Continue".

Phase 2: Request & Service Selection

Select Request: Your account page will appear; click on the specific request you wish to review.
Request Clearance: Choose the "Clearance Certificate" service from the electronic services menu displayed at the top of the page.

Phase 3: Display, Download & Evaluation

View & Save: The system will display the clearance document; you can click on the "Print Clearance Certificate" icon to save the document electronically and print it when needed.
Service Evaluation: In the final step, please evaluate the service using the available option at the bottom of the page.

*You can apply for the service via artificial intelligence (Nora Smart Assistant).
