Refund of Excess Amounts

Phase 1: Login & Single Sign-On

Start Service: Click on the "Go to Service" icon.
Log In: Access via the National Single Sign-On portal (Nafadh) by entering your username and password.
Secure Verification: Enter the temporary verification code sent to your registered mobile number, then click "Continue".

Phase 2: Verification & Application Submission

Select Service: Choose the "Refund of Excess Amounts" service from the electronic services menu displayed in front of you.
Financial Verification: If an eligible excess amount exists, the application icon will appear automatically to initiate the transaction.
IBAN Confirmation: Review and confirm your bank IBAN to ensure the correct transfer of the amount, then click "Save Request".

Phase 3: Follow-up & Evaluation

Application Processing: The team will contact you directly once the application processing is complete and the dues are transferred.
Service Evaluation: In the final step, please evaluate the service using the available option at the bottom of the page.
