The statement is generated automatically and made accessible on the online portal for beneficiaries with an active Zood Savings product, no request submission or branch visit required.
Deceased Loan Exemption Request
An electronic service designed to waive the outstanding financial obligations of a deceased client. For eligible cases, the client’s status is verified proactively through integration with the "Nazeer" system, enabling automated processing and Financing closure. For cases that require manual request submission, the process can be completed fully online without visiting a branch.
