SADAD Bill Update

An electronic service that allows customer to update SADAD bill for loan installments electronically without the need to visit bank branches.
Phase 1: Login & Single Sign-On
Start Service: Click on the "Go to Service" icon.Log In: Access via the National Single Sign-On portal (Nafadh) by entering your username and password.
Secure Verification: Enter the temporary verification code sent to your registered mobile number, then click "Continue".
Phase 2: Request Selection & Update
Select Request: Your account page will appear; click and choose the specific request you wish to update.Request Update: From the electronic services menu displayed in front of you, select the "Update Payment" service.
Phase 3: Process Confirmation & Evaluation
Confirm Update: A confirmation message will appear stating "Payment data updated successfully".Service Evaluation: In the final step, please evaluate the service using the available option at the bottom of the page.
