An electronic service provided by the Social Development Bank that enables customers with multiple financial obligations to suspend deductions after fulfilling all their commitments, without the need to visit a branch.

- Click on the Go to Service button.
- Log in via the National Unified Access Portal.
- Enter your username and password.
- A temporary confirmation code will be sent to your registered mobile phone, please enter it and then click on "Continue".
- Your account page will appear, after selecting your loan, click on Choose.
- From the list of electronic services, choose Stop Deduction.
- Choose to print Stop Deduction.
- In the final step, the service is evaluated at the bottom of the page.
