An electronic service provided by the Social Development Bank that enables customers with multiple financial obligations to suspend deductions after fulfilling all their commitments, without the need to visit a branch.

Service Level Agreement

Phase 1: Login & Single Sign-On

Start Service: Click on the "Go to Service" icon.
Log In: Access via the National Single Sign-On portal (Nafadh) by entering your username and password.
Secure Verification: Enter the temporary verification code sent to your registered mobile number, then click "Continue".

Phase 2: Loan & Service Selection

Select Loan: Your account page will appear; select your specific loan from which you wish to stop the deduction.
Request Stopping Deduction: From the electronic services menu, select the "Stop Deduction" service.

Phase 3: Printing & Evaluation

Print & Save: Click on the "Print Stop Deduction" option to obtain the document electronically.
Service Evaluation: In the final step, please evaluate the service using the available option at the bottom of the page.
