Stop Deduction for a Deceased Client

Phase 1: Login & Single Sign-On

• Start Service: Click on the "Go to Service" icon.
• Log In: Access via the National Single Sign-On portal (Nafadh) by entering your username and password.
• Secure Verification: Enter the temporary verification code sent to your registered mobile number, then click "Continue".

Phase 2: Request & Service Selection

• Select Account: Your account page will appear; click and choose the specific request you wish to stop the deduction for.
• Request Stopping Deduction: From the electronic services menu displayed in front of you, select the "Stop Deduction" service.

Phase 3: Data Entry, Printing & Evaluation

• Select Stop Type: Choose the "Print Stop Deduction" option, then fill in the required data and select "Print Stop Deduction for a Deceased Person".
• Print & Save: You can now view the document and save it electronically to print it when needed.
• Service Evaluation: In the final step, please evaluate the service using the available option at the bottom of the page.
