THE BANK FOR SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT, TODAY, PARTICIPATED IN THE INTERACTIVE SESSION ENTITLED " SUSTAINABLE AND INCLUSIVE FINANCE " AT THE WEIF OPENING, ON THE MARGINS OF EXPO 2020 DUBAI, TO SUPPORT AND DEVELOP THE BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT IN THE KINGDOM. DURING A SPEECH AT THE CONFERENCE, THE EXECUTIVE VICE-PRESIDENT OF THE BUSINESS SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT BANK, SULTAN BIN ABDULAZIZ AL-HAMIDI, CONFIRMED THAT THE BANK WAS SEEKING TO BUILD A COMPREHENSIVE SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR SAUDI BUSINESS LEADERS, RANGING FROM MENTORING, TRAINING TO FINANCE, EXPANSION AND ACCESS TO NEW MARKETS, ADDING THAT THE BUSINESS FINANCING PROGRAMMES PROVIDED BY THE BANK FOR SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT IN THE PAST PERIOD EXCEEDED THE 10 BILLION RIALS, WHICH CONTRIBUTED TO MORE THAN 100,000 DIRECT JOBS. HAMDI ADDED THAT THE BANK HAD ALLOCATED MORE THAN 11 BILLION RIALS UNTIL 2025M TO SUPPORT BUSINESS LEADERS IN THE KINGDOM AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE GROWTH OF SMALL AND EMERGING ENTERPRISES TO REACH NEW MARKETS LOCALLY AND GLOBALLY. IN ADDITION TO FUNDING, THE BANK PROVIDED NON-FINANCIAL SERVICES THROUGH TRAINING AND CARE TO SUPPORT BUSINESS LEADERS IN THE ESTABLISHMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF THEIR ENTERPRISES THROUGH ITS ARM OF THE DELNI BUSINESS CENTRE. ON THE OTHER HAND, IN VIEW OF THE IMPORTANCE OF PARTNERSHIPS IN ADVANCING THE DEVELOPMENT PROCESS, THE BANK SIGNED ON THE MARGINS OF THE CONFERENCE A SERIES OF IMPORTANT COOPERATION AGREEMENTS AND MEMORANDUMS, WITH A VIEW TO PROVIDING TRAINING, REHABILITATION AND CARE SERVICES TO BENEFICIARIES OF BUSINESS LEADERS AND LEADERS AND MARKETING PRODUCTS OF PRODUCTIVE FAMILIES.

The Convention provides that, in accordance with its experience in developing work, the Foundation shall rehabilitate and nominate actors to obtain financing products and non-financial products of training and consultation

The Bank for Social Development and the Arab National Bank have signed a convention on the implementation and launching of an innovative child-motivated savings product. Under this Convention, the Arab National Bank will join the list of Saudi banks approved for the product providing savings and financial and other assistance to the client in selecting the appropriate commercial bank for participation, with a view to achieving the goals of the Bank for Social Development associated with the savings programme aimed at developing financial instruments that will allow children to benefit from the programme ' s advantages, assist them and encourage them to save and not to be provided financial incentives. The Convention was signed by the Executive Chairman of the Social Development Bank, Professor Ibrahim Bin Hamad Al-Rashid, and by the National Arab Bank, a member of the designated Governing Council and Executive Chairman Obeid bin Abdulla Rashid. It should be noted that the Savings Programme offers many features, such as a monthly cash incentive of up to 20%, full flexibility in savings management. The programme has met with social finance clients, as well as productive families, in addition to the generation supply product for the age group of 6-18 years, with more than 110,000 participants in savings and more than 11,000 children in total.

The Convention on the Implementation of the Vocational and Professional Rehabilitation Programme between the Bank for Social Development and the Community Commission for Social Development included the centres of Al-Hasin and Al-Masri, which aimed to empower families and individuals with the professional and professional skills needed to start their own work as productive families, improve the quality of products and services provided by productive families and increase the proportion of participation of target groups in the local economy.
