Social Development Bank Announces Results of “Zood Al-Ajyal Program Enhancing” Consultation

The Social Development Bank (SDB) has announced the results of its “Zood Al-Ajyal Program Enhancing” consultation, which was launched through the digital engagement platform to gather beneficiary feedback on proposed improvements to the customer journey and better understand their needs to enhance the savings experience for children.
The Bank clarified that the consultation addressed the trade-offs between several proposed improvements, as part of the Bank's ongoing efforts to strengthen electronic participation and involve beneficiaries in the development of its developmental services. 
The Bank indicated that the results of this consultation will contribute to supporting decision-making and guiding the development plans for the "Zood Al-Ajyal" program, in a way that achieves the aspirations of the beneficiaries and contributes to developing and facilitating their digital journey, and enhancing the utilization of the savings programs provided.
