The Social Development Bank (SDB) has announced the results of its “Participatory Budgeting” consultation, which was launched through the digital engagement platform to gather beneficiary feedback on project implementation priorities and better understand their needs.
The consultation focused on two proposed development projects: enhancements to the Zood Program and enhancements to the Productive Families Platform, as part of the Bank’s efforts to strengthen public participation and involve beneficiaries in shaping future improvements.
The results showed that enhancements to the Productive Families Platform received 61% of the votes, while enhancements to the Zood Program received 39%, reflecting the priorities and preferences of participants.
SDB noted that the consultation results will support decision-making regarding future project implementation priorities, helping improve digital services, enhance the beneficiary experience, and maximize the value of the Bank’s programs and platforms
