The Social Development Bank (SDB) has invited business owners, entrepreneurs, and interested stakeholders to share their insights and recommendations through the public consultation “Enhancing Non-Financial Services for Enterprises”. The consultation reflects the Bank’s ongoing commitment to digital engagement and user-centered service design, ensuring that its developmental offerings continue to evolve in line with the needs of enterprises.
The consultation aims to identify the most valuable non-financial services that can further support enterprise growth and sustainability. Areas under consideration include financial advisory services, technical consulting, and specialized training programs. Insights gathered through the consultation will help the Bank better understand beneficiary needs and prioritize future service enhancements.
SDB noted that participant feedback will play a key role in shaping the next generation of non-financial support solutions, contributing to a more effective, accessible, and impact-driven service ecosystem. The consultation aligns with the Bank’s broader efforts to leverage data-driven decision-making and beneficiary insights to improve service quality and maximize developmental impact.
