The Bank for Social Development concluded the annual effectiveness of self-employment in its second version of 2024, which was established at King Abdullah Mali (Chad) Centre in Riyadh from 5 to 7 December, and was widely accepted by interested and self-employed persons and had a significant impact on raising awareness of the culture of self-employment, as well as expanding the beneficiary base of Bank products and services.
The Bank for Social Development organizes the second version of the effectiveness of self-employment 2024, which will be set up at King Abdullah Mali (Kadd) Centre in Riyadh City from 5 to 7 December, where effectiveness aims to highlight the self-employment sector and promote awareness of its importance and different areas, and to highlight the Bank ' s role in supporting self-employment practitioners through financial products and support services. Effectiveness is a landmark event to promote a culture of self-employment in Saudi society, where it seeks to present the achievements of and honour the distinguished practitioners, as well as effective workshops by experts and business leaders, as well as live musical performances that are creative in its atmosphere.
At its headquarters in Riyadh, the Bank for Social Development signed a memorandum of understanding with the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) to renew cooperation in the implementation of the Empretec programme, the leading international programme focusing on the development of the pioneer capabilities of employers in emerging and small enterprises. This step is part of the Bank ' s efforts to promote business leadership and support for small and emerging enterprises in line with the Kingdom ' s Vision 2030, where the programme seeks to provide global training workshops aimed at building successful pioneer behaviours of business leaders and local development by strengthening their skills and developing their enterprises, thereby contributing to job creation and improving society. .
The Bank for Social Development has concluded a number of strategic conventions during its participation as a development sponsor at the Pyban 24 Forum organized by the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises (GME) under the theme " Global Dimension of Opportunities " , with a view to supporting and financing business leaders and innovators in several pivotal sectors, to promote economic growth by supporting emerging sectors and developing an entrepreneurial environment in the Kingdom, thus contributing to Saudi Vision 2030.
