Concept of Integrity & Importance of Compliance:
Forms of Integrity Violations:
- Obtaining a service practice certificate (such as the Productive Families Certificate) by submitting false information.
- Registering accounts with data that does not match the user's official National ID.
- Entering incorrect personal or professional information into the system.
- Failing to comply with data confidentiality obligations during system interactions.
Procedures & Penalties for Integrity Violations:
- Immediate revocation of the certificate and requiring re-registration.
- If the violation persists, the case is escalated to the Permanent Disciplinary Committee within the Social Development Bank.
- Absolute exclusion of the application.

Legal Note: This policy applies to all beneficiaries of the Social Development Bank's services. We commit to ensuring its implementation across all personnel. Any violation subjects the offender to disciplinary action according to the Bank's internal regulations.
1. Punctuality:
Users must join the session from its start time and within a maximum grace period of 10 minutes.It is highly recommended to test platform access and internet connection well ahead of the session time.
2. Camera and Microphone Usage:
Ensure the video camera is completely turned off before entering the training session.Ensure the microphone is muted before entering the session and kept muted when not speaking to avoid background noise.
3. Interaction and Participation Etiquette:
Use the digital "Raise Hand" feature to request permission to speak.The Chat feature is permitted exclusively for raising questions or notes directly relevant to the session topic.
Do not interrupt the speaker or distract the discussion with side conversations or out-of-context topics.
4. Session Recording:
Some training sessions may be recorded automatically for educational re-publishing and quality assessment purposes.5. Respect and Professional Behavior:
Users are expected to maintain dialogue etiquette and respect others' opinions.Comments or behaviors of a personal, offensive, or unprofessional nature are strictly prohibited.
Trainees are prohibited from recording sessions or taking screenshots without prior official permission.
6. Technical Support:
In case of encountering technical issues during a session, contact the technical support team via the approved channels.Data We Collect:
- Visitor's IP address.
- Information about the user's web browser and search engine.
- Precise geographical location.
- Date, time, and URL logs.
- Full name and National Identification number (ID).
- Addresses and personal contact numbers.
- License numbers and Commercial Registrations.
- Disclosed personal assets and financial status.
- Bank account details (IBAN) and credit card numbers.
- Static or moving images of the individual, and other data of a personal nature.
Data Collection Methods:
- Methods of gathering personal info are safe, transparent, and direct, entirely free from deception or misleading procedures.
- The portal retrieves your personal data automatically via the Government Service Bus integration channel (GSB).
- Utilization of web cookies.
Purpose of Data Collection:
- Explicitly identifying individuals or making direct/indirect recognition possible.
- IP addresses assist in diagnosing server technical faults and generating usage statistics (e.g., visitor count and device language).
- Location tracking aids in providing location-specific services on the platform and application.
- Cookies enhance portal accessibility and help understand visitor preferences better.
- Storing statistical analytics regarding how visitors interact with government digital services.
Data Retention & Storage Duration:
- The Bank disposes of your personal data as soon as the purpose of its collection ends. However, it may be preserved if all personally identifying elements are permanently purged according to regulations.
- The Bank retains personal data after the primary purpose ends only in the following cases:
- If there is a legal or regulatory justification requiring retention for a specific period, after which it is destroyed.
- If the data is directly tied to an active judicial case, in which case it is destroyed once all legal proceedings conclude.
Data Access Rights:
Only technical staff of the Social Development Bank are authorized to handle specific information to deliver portal services. No third parties are allowed to view user IP addresses. Under exceptional circumstances, data may be shared with authorized government officials; however, it will never be made public, generalized, shared, or sold to any third party without prior consent.Authorized Data Disclosure (Exceptions):
Personal data will not be disclosed except in the following scenarios:- If the user consents to the disclosure in accordance with legal provisions.
- If the data was collected from a publicly available source.
- If the entity requesting disclosure is a public entity acting for security, statutory execution, or judicial requirements.
- If disclosure is vital to protect public health, safety, or the life and health of individuals.
- If disclosure is strictly restricted to anonymous processing that cannot trace back to the data owner.
Cases Prohibiting Data Disclosure:
The Bank is legally barred from disclosing personal user data if disclosure leads to:- Threatening security, harming the Kingdom's reputation, or conflicting with its state interests.
- Adversely impacting the Kingdom's international relations.
- Obstructing crime detection, violating a defendant's right to a fair trial, or affecting active criminal investigations.
- Endangering individual safety or violating third-party privacy.
- Conflicting with the interests of an incompetent or legally incapacitated individual, or breaching professional or judicial orders.
- Revealing a confidential info source that public interest mandates keeping secret.
- Synchronous Training: Conducted via virtual meeting platforms, lasting no more than one working week. To obtain a certificate, the trainee must log an attendance rate of at least 80% of total program hours.
- Asynchronous Training: Completed directly via the digital portal, lasting no more than one working week. To obtain a certificate, the trainee must complete 100% of the curriculum and pass the examinations with a score of at least 70%.
