His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Saad bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Hail Region, today inaugurated the Social Development Bank’s Dulani Compass event in Hail, Organized by the Dulani Business Center, the Bank’s development arm, in partnership with the Hail Chamber of Commerce, the event is being held at the Chamber’s headquarters. It brings together entrepreneurs, investors, business leaders and representatives of partner and enabling organizations to explore investment and growth opportunities across the region.
The launch was attended by Eng. Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al-Hamidi, CEO of the Social Development Bank; Naif bin Abdulkarim Al-Jameel, Chairman of the Hail Chamber; members of the Chamber’s board; and representatives of supporting entities.
During a tour of the accompanying exhibition, HRH the Governor underscored the continued support of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and HRH the Crown Prince — may God protect them — for the business sector and promising investment opportunities. His Royal Highness praised Dulani Compass for showcasing Hail’s investment potential and empowering entrepreneurs and owners of small and emerging enterprises to pursue these opportunities. He also highlighted the event’s role in connecting entrepreneurs with supporting organizations and expanding their access to the Social Development Bank’s financing solutions and non-financial services, as well as those offered by the Dulani Business Center.
The event’s program features panel discussions, specialized workshops and advisory sessions covering business growth, investment opportunities, market access and pathways for taking local products to global markets.
Meanwhile, the accompanying exhibition showcases success stories from entrepreneurial ventures across Hail Region, alongside the participation of partner and supporting organizations. It provides a platform for entrepreneurs to connect with investors, service providers and the broader business support ecosystem.
The event also witnessed the signing of two cooperation agreements with the Hail Chamber. The agreements aim to provide advisory services to entrepreneurs, expand investment opportunities through initiatives and programs supporting emerging enterprises, and facilitate financing and repayment solutions for non-profit organizations through the Jusoor platform.
Eng. Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al-Hamidi, CEO of the Social Development Bank, said the launch of Dulani Compass in Hail reflects the Bank’s commitment to expanding its presence across the Kingdom and enabling entrepreneurs to benefit from promising investment opportunities.
He noted that the initiative supports enterprise growth and strengthens the contribution of small and emerging businesses to economic development. He added that the Bank continues to deploy its financing programs and non-financial services to create an enabling environment for entrepreneurs and business owners, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
Naif bin Abdulkarim Al-Jameel, Chairman of the Hail Chamber, said Dulani Compass highlights the importance of collaboration among organizations that support and enable the business sector.
He noted that the initiative will help entrepreneurs and investors identify and capitalize on Hail’s promising economic opportunities. He also reaffirmed the Chamber’s commitment to supporting programs that empower enterprises, accelerate their growth and enhance their contribution to the region’s economic development.
Dulani Compass attracted a strong turnout on its first day, reflecting growing interest among entrepreneurs and investors in Hail’s investment and business opportunities.
