Target Group: All applicants for project financing in Makkah and its surrounding areas, regardless of gender, who meet the financing requirements.

• Within this framework, the agreement between the Social Development Bank and the Makkah Chamber of Commerce aims to:
• Enable applicants to benefit from the bank's financing products.
• Promote a culture of self-employment.
• Support and nurture entrepreneurs.
• Create job opportunities for Saudi nationals through these projects.
• Contribute to strengthening the role of small and emerging enterprises in the national economy.
• Leverage the comparative advantages available in the region.
