Introduction to the workshop

It starts from the premise that the desire to create successful projects or companies is a social behavior that potentially exists in people and can be activated as clear behavior through an appropriate training methodology. The workshop seeks to introduce business men and women and entrepreneurs to the patterns of successful entrepreneurial behavior so that they can identify, recognize and evaluate these patterns. In themselves and in other people; They are able to strengthen the behaviors they consider necessary in order to apply them in managing their own business.

The workshop is based on a behavioral approach designed to unleash personal entrepreneurial competencies. The methodology has proven effective for a wide range of target audiences in developed and less developed economies.

The workshop is held over six consecutive days (48 hours) at a rate of eight hours per day, during which the trainers help the participants to distinguish and learn the behaviors associated with business success. The training methodology, dynamic and experiential, includes games, practical exercises and business simulations. It is an interactive training workshop based on the real business challenges of the participants. In this way, experiences are exchanged between people who have the same goals and the desire to do them, which also provides the opportunity to build lasting bonds and sustainable communication
networks.
