Empretec Program
It is the international program of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD). It was designed to develop and enhance personal entrepreneurial capabilities and competencies, and to build sustainable and competitive micro, small, and medium enterprises in order to achieve wealth, local development, job creation, and social improvement.

The Program by Psychologist David McClelland
Harvard University psychologist David McClelland contributed to unlocking entrepreneurial wealth and designing a training program focused on acquiring and reinforcing the entrepreneurial behaviors exhibited by successful business owners.
The program aims to support entrepreneurs to commit more to their businesses, and increase their efficiency and capacity to compete locally and internationally. This is achieved through participation in a training workshop focused on building successful entrepreneurial behaviors, conducted under the leadership of international and local trainers certified by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD)
