The Social Development Bank launches a new path of financing to empower workers in the non-profit sector.

Today, the Social Development Bank launched a financing path for employees of the non-profit sector by accrediting their employers in the bank’s government agencies portal as beneficiaries of the financing according to easy and automated procedures. Today, the bank concluded a joint cooperation agreement with the National Center for Non-Profit Sector Development, with the aim of maximizing interest and ensuring that all non-profit sectors benefit from the bank’s various services and products, thus alleviating the difficulties that the sector faces in obtaining the bank’s services. The agreement was signed by the CEO of the Social Development Bank, Mr. Ibrahim bin Hamad Al-Rashed, and the CEO of the National Center for Non-Profit Sector Development, Mr. Ahmed bin Ali Al-Suwailem. This included an introductory session about the new financing path for workers in the non-profit sector, and how they can obtain financing products from the bank, both social and productive, such as financing Marriage, family and restoration, as well as the opportunity to benefit from the products of self-employment and emerging projects. For his part, the CEO, Mr. Ibrahim bin Hamad Al-Rashed, confirmed that the objectives of this agreement will be directly reflected in the non-profit sector by empowering its workers with all development opportunities and resources, which enhances investment opportunities in human resources by creating a safe work environment that meets all their needs. It will fill the gap of scarcity of financing channels available to employees of the non-profit sector.
