The Social Development Bank, in cooperation with the National Entrepreneurship Institute, has begun receiving applications for financing in the field of investment in commercial centers and complexes, as a first step to implementing the mall localization project at the beginning of the next Hijri year, as the Qassim region will be the first stop for the launch of the project.
