The Bank for Social Development explained that the second phase had been opened to provide a free and work product for citizens who were able to work and who wished to increase their monthly incomes, where the product of entry into force provided cash funding of up to 60,000 rials for skills, qualitative, creative and artisanal businesses, as well as the financing of vehicles for those who wanted to work in the direction of vehicles with funding of up to RM 150.

The Bank emphasized that it seeks, through an effective product, to achieve a number of objectives such as diversifying opportunities for jobseekers and increasing their monthly incomes, and raising the awareness of society about the concept of self-employment and market opportunities.

Access to product finance has been linked to the certificate of self-employment to ensure that the beneficiary has a number of features, such as the opening of a bank account (commercial) and access to discounts and offers posted on the Free Labor Port.

It should be noted that during the year 2020, the Bank had approved funding for more than 60 thousand beneficiaries with a value of more than 3 billion rials, diversified between the financing of skilled, creative and craft-based businesses, and the participatory transport of those working through vehicle guidance systems.
