Since 2006, deposits were made to those with limited income from those wishing to marry, family loans and reindeer loans.

It should be noted that the account is not only intended for embezzlement from public money, as the majority believes, but is intended for various types of cases, including public funds, which are improperly taken, a State employee who is in short notice at working times, assignments or otherwise. The Bank has undertaken numerous awareness-raising and educational campaigns through various means of defining the account and the purpose of establishing it and correcting the misconceptions of the public.
