The Ministry of Housing has signed a cooperation agreement with the Bank for Social Development to rehabilitate and finance small-scale land brokers, where the Bank will provide a package of financial products and non-financial services to the small-scale enterprise community to benefit from opportunities in the real estate sector, with a view to creating and rehabilitating business opportunities for both artisanal and economic benefit, such as the Ministry of Housing, to sign the Convention ' s Engineerate Funding Company.
