An electronic product provided by the Social Development Bank, which is a long-term financing product aimed at supporting the assets and operational costs of entrepreneurship projects and startups. The financing amount starts from 50,000 SAR and reaches up to 500,000 SAR, without the need to visit any bank branches.

Service Level Agreement
  • Financing amount starts with SAR 50,00 to SAR 500,000.
  • Repayment period up to 9 years (108 months).
  • Grace period up to 12 months.
  • Repayment method is on a scheduled monthly basis.
  • Administrative fees: 9%.
  • Annual service fees: 2%.

Project Statuses & Disbursement Mechanism:

1. New: The project is in the ideation or feasibility study stage, or the commercial registration age does not exceed 6 months (regardless of the actual project status).
  • Disbursement mechanism: First installment: 30% - Second installment: 70%
2. Under Formation: The project physically exists on the ground and formation has begun, but it has not started commercial operations yet. The commercial registration age is more than 6 months and does not exceed 12 months.
  • Disbursement mechanism: First installment: 50% - Second installment: 50%
3. Start-up: The project is actively established and has started operations and commercial activities. The commercial registration age is more than 6 months and does not exceed 12 months.
Disbursement mechanism: First installment: 75% - Second installment: 25%

  • Excellence Financing

    An electronic product offered by the Social Development Bank to support promising and new enterprises in Saudi Arabia. The product provides financing of up to 4 million ♦ for innovative or technical projects, with an investment cost of up to 12 million ♦ , a grace period of up to two years, and a repayment period of up to eight years with monthly installments, without the need to visit the bank’s branches.
