Government Projects Loan

An electronic service for applying to the "Government Projects Loan" product. It aims to encourage the non-profit sector to secure government Projects, increasing their revenue and enhancing the sector's contribution to the national economy—all without visiting the bank branches.

  • The entity must be accredited by the National Center for Non-Profit Sector Development/General Authority for Endowments
  • The entity must have an audited budget for the last two years
  • The entity's financial and credit status must allow obtaining financing
  • The entity must have previous experience in implementing projects similar to the competition activity to be funded

  • The basic regulations of the entity, including the authority to borrow and mortgage. 
  • Approval of the entity’s Board of Management to obtain financing from the bank, and authorization of the Chairman of the Council to sign the financing documents.
  • Competition award letter.
  • Proof of the project cost.
  • A letter of commitment to provide self-contribution and a letter of waiver with extracts. 
  • Any other documents required by the product.

This product enhances the cooperative associations' role as a sustainable income source based on cooperative principles. It offers financing up to SAR 10 million, enabling ambitious projects that achieve developmental goals. The product features flexibility with a repayment term of up to 7 years and a grace period of up to 18 months, giving associations sufficient time to generate returns before repayment starts, all without visiting the bank's branches.
