Apply

  1. The financing ceiling starts from 50,000 to 500,000 riyals
  2. Financing period up to 8 years
  3. Grace period up to 18 months
  4. Payment method on a monthly basis
  5. Administrative fees are 7%, with the possibility of deducting fees from the original financing
  6. 1% annual service fee

  • The age of the applicant is from 21 to 65 years
  • Integrity of the credit record and that defaults do not exceed 15,000 riyals
  • The percentage of the guarantee should not be less than 100% of the financing amount, provided that the type of guarantee is a personal guarantee only, a deduction from the salary
  • The applicant must be unemployed before signing the financing contract
  • The project should be new and the record should not be more than 6 months old
  • The ability to provide a guarantee with a coverage rate of not less than 100% of the financing amount.
  • The minimum guarantee is 100% of the financing value.
  • Types of guarantees accepted (personal guarantee by a governmental or semi-governmental employee)

  • National ID photo
  • A copy of the educational qualification (provided that the qualification is not less than an intermediate degree
  • A copy of the commercial registration (the age of the register does not exceed 6 months from its issuance)
