Excellence Projects Financing

A financing product targeting promising establishments (new or less than 3 years old) with financing up to 4 million riyals.

Apply

  1. The financing ceiling starts from 300 thousand to 4 million riyals
  2. Financing period up to 8 years
  3. Grace period of up to two years
  4. Payment method on a monthly basis
  5. Administrative fees are 7%, with the possibility of deducting fees from the original financing
  6. 1% annual service fee

  • The age of the applicant is from 21 to 65 years
  • At least a high school diploma or its equivalent
  • Availability to manage the project. The loan may be granted to the applicant if the applicant is a part-time professional, provided that a full-time Saudi manager is available to manage the facility with experience.
  • Integrity of the credit record and that defaults do not exceed 15,000 riyals
  • The ability to provide a guarantee with a coverage rate of not less than 50% of the financing amount.
  • The minimum guarantee is 50% of the financing value.
  • The percentage of the guarantee is determined according to the credit study of the financing request, not less than the minimum guarantee.
  • Types of acceptable guarantees (mortgage - personal guarantee - third party guarantee - corporate and institutional guarantee - financial guarantee)
  • The ability to provide a guarantee with a coverage rate of not less than 50% of the financing amount.
  • Pass the personal interview

  • A copy of the identity of the owner or partners, if it is a company
  • Fill out the guarantee declaration form (to download the file, click here)
  • Academic qualification copy
  • A copy of the CV
  • Proof of practical experience
  • Economic feasibility study or business plan for the project to be financed and its quotations
  • Commercial register (Optional)
  • Memorandum of Association in case the legal entity is a “company” (Optional)
