The questionnaires aim at polling community members about the bank's products and services to measure the impact, help the bank take some decisions and contribute to participating in the studies issued by the bank.
Questionnaire Mechanism:
Two questionnaires are published quarterly, with a total of 8 questionnaires annually, where the purpose of the questionnaires and information on the date of availability and closure, the number of participants and the results for each questionnaire are clarified.
