Community participation is one of the important pillars for developing the business and services that the Bank provides to customers. From this point of view, the Social Development Bank is keen on activating community participation with customers and community members by enabling different tools available in order to interact with the following tools:

  1. Community members’ poll about the bank’s products and services to measure impact and make decisions.

  2. Bringing ideas and suggestions for discussion by community members to support the Bank in making decisions.
