Ziyad Bakri is one of the ambitious young men who entered the field of entrepreneurship through a simple idea that made his project one of the successful and capable of development and expansion day after day. The young man started his project with great energy and unparalleled ambition, and studied the increasing demand for scaffolding and construction tools, so he decided to work himself on renting, transporting, and installing scaffolding for beneficiaries upon request. He is the young Ziyad Bakri, the owner of the Subul Al-Omran Foundation, and he is a resident of Medina. The scaffolding rental project is very simple, as we rent the scaffolding and props for a certain period and retrieve them intact after the expiry of the period. This also includes transporting and installing scaffolding as desired by the client.
From the reality of studying the local market and observing the increasing demands on scaffolding and construction tools, it was found that the opportunity was ripe to participate and delve into this type of investment in keeping with the growing local urban renaissance.
After searching and asking, we reached the National Entrepreneurship Institute, through which I obtained funding from the Social Development Bank.
Despite the current conditions, we find that the project is good in relation to the current market, and the amount of financing was (255,000) riyals, and this includes rents from a warehouse, a store, and a car for loading.
