The Ideas Lab aims to increase the communication efficiency between the Bank and the community, in order to develop Social Development Bank initiatives, services and products. Suggestions and ideas are received through completing a form in SDB portal, then to be processed and handled professionally and effectively.

Completing the Idea Form

The Ideas mean every idea or creative initiative that has high impact or added value, to develop Social Development Bank services or products.Ideas and suggestions will be received by Business Development Department, and will be reviewed and assessed with relevant departments. Receiving ideas or suggestion shall not be considered as acceptance by the Bank, but shall be considered for feasibility study. Social Development Bank reserve all relevant rights to handle the suggestions received through the Ideas Lab , in accordance with the Bank's business strategies.
